Fairfax Dental
At Fairfax Dental, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality dental products and services. To maintain the highest standards, we have established the following return and recall policy:
No Returns Without Manufacturing Fault
Fairfax Dental only accepts returns if the product has been proven to be manufactured faulty.
In cases where the product is suspected of a manufacturing defect, the customer must notifyus as soon as possible. All claims of manufacturing defects will be subject to a thorough investigation.
Return for Investigation
In the event of a manufacturing fault, the product must be returned to Fairfax Dental for inspection and investigation. Returns will only be accepted with prior approval, and customers are required to provide proof of purchase. They are also required to fill out the return form sent by Fairfax Dental to provide more information about the fault encountered. Any goods sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Recalls
In the rare event of a product recall, all recalled items must be sent back directly to the manufacturer. Fairfax Dental will assist in the recall process and provide return instructions to the customer.
Return Authorisation
For any authorised returns, a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number must be obtained from Fairfax Dentals customer service team. Products returned without an RMA number will not be processed.
Condition of Returned Goods
Returned products must be in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if goods are damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.
Investigation Process
Upon receiving the returned goods, Fairfax Dental will conduct a thorough investigation to determine the cause of the defect. If the product is found to have a manufacturing fault, Fairfax Dental will offer a replacement or credit as deemed appropriate. If the investigation concludes that the product is free from defects, the return will not be accepted, and the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning merchandise for inspection unless a manufacturing fault is confirmed.
Instruction for Use (IFU) Compliance
Customers must follow the instructions for use (IFU) provided by the product, also available on the website. If the customer does not follow the manufacturer's instructions, and as a result, the product does not function as expected, or is damaged due to improper cleaning or use, or creates issues for the patient, the manufacturer will not be responsible for any such matters.
You agree to these terms and conditions regarding returns and product recalls when purchasing from Fairfax Dental.
