Fairfax Dental maintains this page as the official source for the most current regulatory and quality documentation, including our valid ISO 13485 certificate, Declarations of Conformity, and related compliance records. All documents published here are controlled under our certified Quality Management System (QMS) and reviewed at least annually, or immediately following any change affecting certification status, product safety, or regulatory compliance. Each document is assigned a unique version and effective date to ensure traceability. Obsolete versions are withdrawn from public access once superseded. Customers, distributors, and auditors can therefore be assured that the documents available on this page represent the latest approved and valid versions.
